Arabserv Engineering Services FZE LLC provides engineering, MEP, installation, maintenance, technical, and related services across the UAE. Through our associated ProMEP Trading operations, we also provide MEP, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, water system, pump, and related products.

Additional delivery or transportation charges may apply depending on the location, product size, quantity, or delivery requirements.

9. Installation Services

Where installation is requested, installation may be subject to a separate quotation or service agreement.

Installation requirements may vary depending on site conditions, existing infrastructure, accessibility, electrical connections, plumbing connections, civil works, lifting requirements, permits, and other technical factors.

Additional work identified during installation that is outside the agreed scope may require separate approval and charges.

Service requests and maintenance bookings submitted through the website are subject to confirmation by Arabserv.

The requested date and time are not considered confirmed until our team communicates confirmation.

Service pricing may depend on the type of work, site location, equipment, access, required materials, working hours, emergency requirements, and technical complexity.

Customers are responsible for providing reasonable access to the site, equipment, systems, and areas where services are required.

Customers should provide accurate information regarding the site, equipment, existing systems, access restrictions, and known safety conditions.

Where permits, approvals, shutdown arrangements, or access permissions are required from building management, landlords, authorities, or other parties, the customer may be responsible for obtaining them unless otherwise agreed in writing.

12. Maintenance and Repair Services

Maintenance and repair work is performed according to the identified requirements and agreed scope.

Where additional faults or underlying issues are discovered during service, Arabserv may recommend additional work. Such additional work may require separate approval and charges.

Maintenance services do not guarantee that equipment will continue operating for a particular period where the equipment is old, damaged, improperly installed, obsolete, or affected by conditions outside the maintenance scope.

13. Product Warranty

Manufacturer warranties, where applicable, are subject to the relevant manufacturer’s warranty terms and conditions.

Warranty coverage may vary depending on the product, manufacturer, installation method, usage, maintenance, and other applicable conditions.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Arabserv does not provide a separate warranty beyond the warranty provided by the applicable manufacturer or the specific terms agreed with the customer.

14. Returns and Exchanges

Returns or exchanges of products are subject to the applicable product condition, manufacturer requirements, supplier policies, and Arabserv’s return policy.

Products that have been installed, modified, damaged, used, customised, or ordered specifically for a project may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Certain electrical, plumbing, HVAC, sanitary, customised, or project-specific products may have specific return restrictions.

Customers should contact Arabserv before returning any product and obtain confirmation regarding the applicable return procedure.

15. Cancellation

Cancellation of an order or service request may be subject to the status of the order, procurement arrangements, product type, customisation, delivery status, and work already performed.

Products specially ordered or procured for a customer may not be cancellable after procurement has commenced.

For service bookings, cancellation or rescheduling requirements may depend on the agreed service terms and the amount of preparation or work already undertaken.
